My wife and I used Shivani and her team for their day of coordinator services for our wedding weekend and we had a fantastic experience with them! Shivani engaged us a few months prior to the wedding day and she did a great job with organizing our timeline in detail and communicating with all our vendors. What her team brought to the table was invaluable because it allowed my wife and I to enjoy our special weekend without worry. In addition to making sure that my wife and I were doing well throughout all of the events, Shivani made certain that both of our families were taken care of.

I first saw Shayosa Events do their thing at a friend’s wedding and knew right away I needed to get them for mine. Shivani was able to coordinate my wedding day to the tee and it was a significant help to both my husband and I along with our families as well. I had nothing to worry about, it was all taken care of and more importantly I trusted Shivani and her team. I felt close to zero stress and carefree throughout the whole day. Shivani and her team were essential in planning our wedding. Shivani took the time to learn not only our preferences but also our family’s preferences and needs. She did a great job of connecting us with a variety of vendors across the spectrum to help us get a sense for what we wanted but (thankfully) she knew when to interject with her opinion when we could not make a decision. Shivani went above and beyond during the vendor selection process and helped us negotiate every contract to help us stick to our budget. Overall, she was on top of everything during the planning process and was absolutely critical for us because she made sure we didn’t overlook anything and the perfect voice of reason.

The wedding weekend itself came together beautifully. Shivani and her team were amazing. We did not have a single responsibility as they handled everything (even random requests from our families). From the time we woke up to the end of the night, Shivani and her team were by our sides and made our weekend seem as seamless, stress free and FUN as possible. We feel fortunate to have not only worked with Shivani but also to have her as a friend for years to come.

Shivani, I cannot recommend you enough to anyone that is planning their wedding. Having known Shivani for years, when she started her event planning business, I told her that I would hire her if I ever got married. The wedding was one of the most important days of my life and I wanted to make sure I had the right people by my side to make sure the day went without a glitch.  I knew Shivani was the right person for the role of wedding coordinator and boy did she and her team DELIVER! She and her team (Punam, Shilmi, Shirali, and Jesal) went above and beyond AND made this wedding more than anything we could’ve ever dreamt of. They worked effortlessly to make sure the wedding was flawless.

Shivani was there from the beginning working hard behind the scenes for two years to make sure that this wedding was a dream come true.  She worked with both families, ensuring that their needs were met when it came to the planning process. I get so emotional thinking about how much Shivani did for us the past two years. These last two years were incredibly difficult with the pandemic and also having to postpone our wedding.  Shivani was there every step of the way through the ups and downs, ensuring us things would work out.  Even though I may have driven her crazy with the constant texts and calls leading up to the wedding making sure everything was done (blame my “type A” personality), Shivani was there to reassure me she had already taken care of it. Shivani was one of my lifelines during the wedding. She was the beacon of trust. She gave us strength and stability through the whole process and was always in control and on top of every single detail that went into our wedding. She was there to keep me calm when my anxiety crept up.

Milan and I are FOREVER grateful for Shayosa. The team went the extra mile and the wedding was beyond perfect. So many of our guests still talk about our wedding till this day, telling us it was the best wedding they have been to. This is all thanks to Shivani and her team who worked tirelessly and handled everything so gracefully. My friends and family were utterly impressed with the detail that was covered through our wedding. Shayosa is  the best investment for your wedding. There isn’t a better team to put your trust in when it comes to your wedding. This will be the easiest decision you make.

Shivani and her dream team were truly amazing through our entire wedding process. With all the changes due to Covid restrictions, she ensured she was keeping us in the loop and informing us of any changes. We had multiple planning meetings/conversations where Shivani would do a thorough walk through to make sure she captures our vision. She provided insights and suggestions to help streamline the process to make sure the bride and groom have the best time!!!  Her team made sure the weekend ran smoothly without any issues.

The dream team was so patient and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We truly appreciate everything they have done for us.
